RETURN POLICY – ModaVibe

IMPORTANT: WE DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS; SHIPPING COSTS ARE THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY.


Returns

Can I return my order?
Yes. If you are not satisfied with your products, you may return them within 30 days of receiving them.

To be eligible for a return, your order must meet the following conditions:

  • Products must include all original parts and packaging, in perfect condition, just as received.

  • Products should only show signs of normal handling and must not be damaged due to improper use.

  • Hygiene-related products (e.g. earrings) cannot be returned for safety reasons.

  • If an item is defective, it must be reported immediately upon receipt.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Returns will be processed within 7 business days after receipt.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if products appear used or damaged due to misuse.


How can I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to info@modavibeboutiques.com

  2. Include the following details in your email:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photo of the product showing the issue (if applicable)

    • Customer’s full name

    • Customer’s address

We will then provide you with the correct return address. Please do not send the package directly to the sender’s address on the parcel.


Right of Cancellation

As a consumer (not acting for commercial purposes), you have the right to cancel your order under the following conditions:

A. Cancellation Conditions

  • You may cancel within 30 days of receiving your products.

  • Since our system is fully automated, we cannot stop the shipping process once your order is placed. Cancellations are only possible after you have received the products.

  • To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us clearly via email. Cancellation takes effect once we receive the returned products.

  • Return shipping costs are always the buyer’s responsibility.

Ongoing Shipments

Our products may ship from international warehouses, which can affect delivery times. If products are already in transit, cancellation is no longer possible. You must wait for delivery and then initiate a return.

For a faster process, please send us proof of your return shipment.


Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel your order, we will refund all payments received excluding shipping costs (including any extra costs if you selected an upgraded delivery option).

Refunds will be processed within 30 days after we receive the returned products. Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. You will not be charged additional fees for the refund.
